Tom Callahan (tc@jgagliano.com) has worked in a creative capacity in several areas of the entertainment industry for the past twelve years. After many years of successful work as a performer and producer in music and television, Mr. Callahan turned his creative efforts to writing. As an author of everything from popular songs to motion picture scripts, he further honed his skills as a producer, guide and mentor of musicians, composers, writers, directors, music producers and independent film/television producers. He is the driving force behind our firm's Project Development Department.

Mr. Callahan's gifted eye and ear are responsible for selecting the various music, film, television and theatre projects that are developed and packaged by our firm. His expertise is applied to selecting talent and obtaining talent commitments, pairing projects with the best directing and producing partners and introducing financing sources to the projects under his supervision. He also plays an active role in the firm's talent management operations.
