The extensive network of entertainment industry contacts developed by Mr. Gagliano over the past 25 years serves as the foundation of our firm's Project Development activities.  That network coupled with the development and  management skills of our Project Development Director, Tom Callahan, has enabled our firm to act as a leader in the discovery, growth and facilitation of music, film, television, theatre and new media entertainment properties. Our Project Development Group operates as primary client contact, liaison and guide for all phases of initial design, budgeting, team identification and staffing, pre-production, implementation, production, completion and distribution. The Project Development process generally begins when our firm identifies a commercially viable entertainment project.  Our development experts evaluate the project; perform related research; help develop, edit, and polish the underlying written materials (musical compositions, treatments, screenplays, teleplays, stageplays, etc.); and provide creative consulting.  Our attorneys insure that copyright registration and other appropriate steps are taken to protect the intellectual property involved in the project.  Our development team then focus on packaging:  attaching producers, directors, performing talent and other key production personnel.  We assist in the implementation of a pre-production plan and assure that an appropriate pre-production staff is in place. Our development and legal teams combine to provide services in the procurement and structuring of the project financing process. We identify funding sources and we assist in the formation of appropriate business structures to serve as vehicles for the project financing. We draft entity agreements, business plans and offering memoranda. Our clients generally continue to seek our guidance and counsel as they go forward through the production process and call upon us as production nears completion to assist in advertising, promotion, and distribution plans.
