While the core of our firm's business is providing legal advice to performing and creative talent, the line between legal and business advice is easily blurred in the entertainment industry.  Clients, particularly those who are just starting out in some segment of the industry, often require career development direction that goes well beyond legal "dos" and don'ts."  Throughout his many years of experience in counseling clients in various segments of the entertainment business, Mr. Gagliano has come to recognize the value of a single "team leader" - one person who guides, directs, supervises, administers or carries on all business, legal and other affairs for a client. Our talent management practice is engaged in advising and counseling talent and personalities in every aspect of the entertainment industry.  We work closely with our management clients in every facet of their careers.  We act in conjunction with their agents, publicists, business managers, accountants and others professionals.  Yet unlike the traditional manager who needs to look to outside legal counsel to guide clients on the purely legal aspects of their careers, we are capable of providing all of those services in one place and through one person. While we frequently provide informal management advice to many of our clients, we only enter into formal management agreements with a limited number of clients.  In fact, we will only offer formal management services when we believe that the "chemistry" is right and the client's actual or potential income stream would justify such a relationship.
