Our performing talent clients look to us to negotiate and draft all of their basic engagement agreements.   Mr. Gagliano's extensive knowledge to the television industry collective bargaining agreements insures that performers working under the SAG and AFTRA contracts are fully protected and properly compensated.  Mr. Gagliano's expertise also includes thousands of hours of negotiating on behalf of overscale and celebrity performers. Our content creator clients (writers, directors and independent producers) rely upon our knowledge and experience to assist them in navigating all phases of the television production process.  We take clients from the optioning and acquisition of television properties; through the engagement of talent and crew; through the production and post-production phases; through network, cable, and home video licensing and syndication.
